What you’ll be doing
Your role will involve acting for purchasers of shared ownership properties including undertaking all due diligence, dealing with lenders, checking the shared ownership lease, reporting to the purchaser on all of the above and completing the purchase.
What you’ll have
The ideal candidate will have good experience in acting for shared ownership purchasers. Candidates with experience of acting in shared ownerships sales or general conveyancing purchases will also be considered. While you will be supported in your work, you will be capable of running your own caseload with minimum supervision.
You will need to be a team player, organised, efficient, diligent and an effective communicator ensuring that all clients have the information they need. As well as being comfortable working collaboratively, you will also be able to work independently at all times ensuring that the clients’ needs are paramount. A positive attitude is essential.
Although this role is advertised as based in our Exeter office, we are open to considering applicants who meet the requirements of the role and who are looking for a hybrid working arrangement. Initially you will be office-based in Exeter to help you familiarise yourself with the team, our work, and the support available to you.
