About the role

Tozers LLP is a leading firm of solicitors with offices in Exeter, Teignmouth and Newton Abbot offering an extensive legal service to businesses and individuals both locally and nationally. We are recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK legal directories in a number of fields.

Our busy Family Team in Exeter now requires a newly qualified to 5 years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to assist with privately funded family matters.
What you’ll be doing

You will work on a broad range of privately funded family matters including divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, TOLATA and Schedule 1 Children Act disputes, disputes regarding child arrangements and urgent injunctions.

You will have experience of and interest in family work. You will be a good communicator, enjoy working as part of a team and will be as committed to delivering the highest standards of client care as we are.

What you’ll have

You will be personable, driven, and enthusiastic and an effective communicator who is looking to build a successful career in Private Family work. As well as being comfortable working collaboratively within our team, you will also be able to work independently at all times.
